The Kings Cup that is anyway. February 20th was the Indoor Kings Cup at Chessington Bowmen.
As usual the competition was well organised by the hosts and scores and awards were notably prompt. Farnham Archers had a great day gaining first place overall Gent for Steve d'Entrecasteaux, Second and Third overall Ladies for Kat Thorpe & Renata d'Entrecasteaux respecitively. First gent in session 2 Steve d'Entrecasteaux, First and Second lady in session 2 Kat Thorpe & Renata d'Entrecasteaux respecitively and overall team first place and the cup comes back to Farnham!
Well done to everyone and especially the winners. A special mention has to be made for Steve who actually shot the two highest scores of the day and Kat who turned up not looking so bright and bouncy due to a late night talking on the porcelain telephone.
